great views and close to parks for weekend strolls
I was kinda surprised by the fresh decor and the lovely view from my room. The hotel is just a short walk to both the Matthew Flinders Statue and beautiful parks that are perfect for leisurely strolls.

Everything was in good condition, might be a new place or recently refurbished. Similar to other Lodge/Inn places.
Very abrupt Receptionist.

The room I stayed in had decent space, giving me room to stretch out after a long trip. Plus, it offered a quick connection to main travel routes.
The hotel needs a solid refresh-the decor and overall ambiance felt outdated, reminiscent of something from a different era. The old bath and shower combination seemed like a relic. Breakfast offerings were limited, and without a fully operational bar and restaurant, it made things a bit inconvenient, especially after a long day. A little improvement in the upkeep would go a long way as I noticed some lingering cleanliness issues, too.

Good home base for 1 night. Cosy units and superfriendly staff in all areas. Lots of supplies in the room: an ironing set, coffee/tea making machines and a work desk. The breakfasts with Costa coffee on tap. Location not far from skegness, Boston and restaurant. Also, to Market Rasen racecourse.
Breakfast cold.

The room was clean and comfy. It was nice to have bottled water and some snacks waiting for us. The price was pretty decent too, only £54 a night! It was better than we expected and we felt really taken care of.
only downside was the staff shortage which seemed to put a lot of pressure on Behiery, and the bathroom could use a little updating.

Excellent budget priced hotel , our room was very spacious , clean and tidy throughout. The staff were very helpful and pleasant and it seemed like the lady in charge kept the staff motivated and on their toes , she made a real effort around her customers. The restaurant area was very busy and we ate in the bar area , we were made aware of this when we checked in and the service was no less , food was reasonably priced and very good.
Although we enjoyed a nice buffet breakfast and it was constantly being refreshed it seemed to take to long and when it did arrive it soon went again , I never did get any mushrooms , although we did get fried eggs when we asked for them.Just a small point would have liked an iron in the room , specially as I forgot to pack ours , but overall a lovely stay.

Very clean and comfortable.
If I were being picky, it would have been nice to have breakfast included in the price.
